Ginza 6-chome
Ginza YR offers autologous adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell therapy, NK immune cell therapy, PRP therapy, and more — covering joint, skin, hair, immune, and functional health applications. Its in-house CPC center enables a complete cycle from cell collection and culture to treatment delivery. It is one of our key partner institutions, not only for its prime Ginza location, but for its outstanding clinical execution and physician expertise.

For a regenerative medicine institution, physicians are not merely decorative information; they are a key basis for judging professionalism and clinical scope. Ginza YR is worth closer attention precisely because it is supported by a University of Tokyo Ph.D. in Medicine, a JSRM-certified regenerative medicine physician, and an expert team.
Research & Clinical Practice
1) Associations of clinical outcomes and MRI findings in intra-articular administration of autologous adipose-derived stem cells for knee osteoarthritis. Regen Ther. 2020.

TREATMENT REFERENCES
Treatment References
Organized into three categories to help you quickly understand the scope of available programs. Each item includes a brief clinical description.
Regenerative Medicine

Autologous Stem Cell Therapy
Available as IV infusion (~200 million cells/session) or targeted local injection (~100 million cells/session), both registered under MHLW regenerative medicine plans. Cell processing uses DMSO-free, non-frozen, fully serum-free medium under JSRM-certified physician oversight.
PRP Therapy
Derived from the patient's own blood. Current programs include premium PRP, knee joint PRP, iPS exosome and umbilical cord exosome composite pathways, with registered plans covering skin regeneration, hair regeneration, and targeted joint injections.
Immune Cell Therapy
Three-tier programs including 4-type composite immune cell, Super NK, and premium versions. Registered under Class III for NK and αβT cell therapies. In addition to general immune support, cancer immunotherapy assistance is also available.
Regenerative Wellness

iPS Cell Exosome Infusion
Active ingredient derived from iPS cell-sourced exosomes, administered via IV infusion to support intercellular signaling and tissue microenvironment regulation. A popular option for clients focused on overall wellness maintenance who prefer not to undergo cell reinfusion.
Umbilical Cord Stem Cell Composite Exosome
Based on umbilical cord-derived exosomes combined with multiple bioactive factors, administered intravenously for systemic effect. Offers broader coverage in anti-aging and cellular repair compared to single-component approaches.
NAD⁺ β-NMN Infusion
NAD⁺ is a core coenzyme in cellular energy metabolism; its decline with age is associated with fatigue and cognitive changes. IV administration provides more direct absorption than oral supplementation. Commonly chosen by clients focused on energy management and chronic fatigue improvement.
Other Wellness Infusions
Includes high-dose vitamin C infusion, glutathione brightening infusion, and fatigue recovery infusion, with formulations tailored to individual conditions.
Aesthetic Medicine

Skin Rejuvenation
The clinic's skin program centers on the U225 meso-injection device, using high-precision microneedle technology to deliver active ingredients evenly into the dermis for improved elasticity, fine lines, and overall skin texture. Compatible with iPS exosomes, umbilical cord composite exosomes, and PRP.
Injectable Treatments
Includes Sunekos amino acid-hyaluronic acid composite injections and Botox neurotoxin injections. Sunekos primarily targets dermal collagen regeneration; Botox addresses dynamic wrinkles and contour management. Each has distinct indications and assessment criteria, with treatment plans determined by the physician.
IPL / Photon Therapy & Skin Quality Management
Uses the Cutera Xeo multi-platform system, with adjustable parameters for pigmentation, pore refinement, and skin tone uniformity. Suitable as a maintenance complement to injectable or regenerative programs, with specific protocols determined through physician evaluation.
IN-HOUSE CPC
Cell Processing Center (CPC)
In-house cell culture and preparation facility operating under JSRM-certified physician oversight. Key features include: serum-free culture medium, DMSO-free processing, and non-frozen cell delivery protocols.

Clean Zoning & Environmental Monitoring
Built on standardized environmental controls and monitoring to ensure key procedures remain controllable and traceable.
Standardized Culture Process
Structured around process management and quality control to support stable and consistent cell handling.
In-House Collection–Culture–Treatment Loop
Enables smoother coordination across key steps and reduces uncertainty associated with inter-institutional transfer.
COMPLIANCE
Qualifications & Registrations
For a regenerative medicine institution, treatment names alone are not sufficient for evaluation. What matters more is whether it provides publicly verifiable filing information and clear procedural boundaries. Ginza YR is notably transparent in this respect.

IN-CLINIC ENVIRONMENT
In-Clinic Environment
The clinic includes dedicated spaces for CPC cell processing, consultation, treatment, liposuction, a powder room, and pharmacy. Operating on a fully appointment-based model, the clinic prioritizes cleanliness, privacy, and overall patient experience. The intentionally understated interior reflects the director's philosophy: professional care over elaborate decor.
