Autologous Stem Cell Therapy
Stem cells from your own fat, cultured in the in-house CPC and given by infusion or local injection. Joint, pain, skin, and hair uses are registered separately.
PRP Therapy
Platelets concentrated from your own blood and injected the same day. Joint PRP is registered as Class II; skin and scalp PRP as Class III.
Immune Cell Therapy
NK and αβT cell treatments, registered as Class III plans. Suitability is assessed by the physician based on your condition and treatment history.

iPS Cell Exosome Infusion
iPS cell-derived exosomes given by infusion, commonly for maintenance. Product documentation is available at consultation.
Umbilical Cord Stem Cell Composite Exosome

Skin Rejuvenation

Frequently asked questions
What credentials should I check for regenerative medicine in Japan?
Three things: the registration number of the treatment plan, the committee that reviewed it, and the cell-processing notification. Ginza YR's nine plans and its in-house CPC notification are all public, and every number is listed on this page so you can look it up on the MHLW website.
How is regenerative medicine regulated in Japan?
A clinic must have each treatment plan reviewed by a committee and registered with the MHLW, and cells must be processed in a notified facility. Regulation covers the process, not the outcome; whether a treatment suits you depends on the treatment, your condition and the physician's assessment.
Do I need to speak Japanese?
No. For clients who book through us, a Chinese-speaking advisor translates documents, makes the booking and accompanies you at the clinic.
How should I prepare for the first visit?
You will usually submit a health questionnaire, a recent check-up report and the area you want to discuss. The first visit is a consultation: the physician explains the options for your situation, and no treatment is given that day.
How are fees paid?
Ginza YR accepts cash, credit cards, UnionPay and QR code payments, among others (check with the clinic). Regenerative medicine is self-pay and not covered by Japanese health insurance; the amount is set out in the plan the clinic issues after consultation.
How long does the whole process take?
A first consultation can usually be arranged within 1–2 weeks of booking. For stem cell treatments that need cell culture, collection to administration generally takes 3–4 weeks, so most people travel twice. Start planning at least a month ahead.
