聊⽇本再⽣医疗,⼗个⼈⾥有九个第⼀反应是iPS细胞。没⽑病,毕竟诺奖光环加持、政府砸了巨量资源、2026年⼜刚出了⾸批获批产品。但如果只盯着iPS,你会错过⼀个正在安静⻓⼤的⽅向⸺类器官(Organoid)。

类器官是什么?简单说,就是⽤⼲细胞在体外培养出的微型三维组织结构,能模拟真实器官的部分功能。它不是⼀个完整的器官,但⽐平⾯培养的细胞更接近⼈体真实环境。

京都⼤学的相关团队2026年3⽉参加了Organoid Research Platform Forum,同期还在推进”Creating Kidney”等项⽬交流。这些不是直接⾯向患者的”治疗获批”新闻,但它们释放了⼀个重要信号:⽇本前沿研究正在从”单⼀细胞层⾯”向”复杂组织和功能模拟”延伸。为什么这个⽅向值得关注?

三个原因:疗效预测。⽤患者⾃⼰的细胞培养类器官,在体外先测试治疗⽅案的效果,⽐直接在⼈身上试更安全。药物筛选。

类器官配合器官芯⽚,可以更真实地模拟⼈体对药物的反应,减少动物实验的局限性。个体化医疗。每个⼈的类器官都不⼀样,这为将来真正意义上的”定制化治疗”提供了底层⼯具。

当然,从今天的学术论坛到明天的临床应⽤,中间还有很⻓的路。类器官短期内不会变成⼤众熟悉的名词。但如果你是⻓期关注⽇本再⽣医疗的⼈,建议把这个关键词记下来。
